Lisa Burke is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, primarily in employment law. Lisa routinely handles cases involving employment separation, discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and wage and hour violations/class actions.
While most of Lisa's experience has focused on employment litigation, she has similarly worked in the King County Prosecutor's Office, the Washington State Attorney General's Office, and the Washington State Court of Appeals. Whether advocating for clients in the courtroom or drafting a complex appeal, Lisa has seen and done it successfully. As one client aptly put it, "Lisa may not start the fight, but you know she is going to finish it."
Lisa graduated Seattle University School of Law, magna cum laude. Prior to law school, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree at the State University of New York at Albany, with a double major in Political Science and Sociology.
